WideConnekt
About

Two benches. One Gulf reputation.

Est. 2000. Sharp in oil & gas, sharp in finance — sourced from the UK and India.

Who We Are

Est. 2000

WideConnekt puts the right person in the room — senior or technical, sourced from two of the world's strongest talent markets: the UK and India.

Oil & gas is our founding specialism: technical, engineering and senior operational roles placed against Gulf energy majors since 2000. Finance runs alongside it at the same depth — CFOs, finance directors, risk and treasury leadership, and technical finance talent for DIFC, ADGM, QFC and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 build-out.

Both are core to who we are. And beyond them, the same UK and India benches back broader technical and corporate mandates for clients who'd rather work with one search partner than several.

How We Work

What sets the model apart

Sector depth

Consultants who live in the sector, not generalists giving it a second read. Oil & gas and finance both get full specialist attention.

Room to go wider

Two sectors go deepest — but we don't stop there. The same benches place across broader technical and corporate mandates for clients who want one partner, not five.

Two markets, one standard

UK and India aren't head office and back office — both benches source, both benches close.

Structure

UK and India as two live markets

Every client pitch opens with "we source from both markets" — not "UK office, India support."

United Kingdom

Client development, senior consultants, final client calls and the senior candidate bench. Timezone overlap with the Gulf, and the governance and regulatory pedigree Gulf finance clients expect.

India

Client development for India-facing Gulf clients, the technical and mid-level candidate bench, research and sourcing. A deep technical talent pool with a strong fintech, quant and chartered-accountant supply.
